A valued client of ours since 2016 – Jaguar Land Rover, creators of InMotion have been through the frustrating experience of seeking office space in Kings Cross but not being able to find it. And then they landed on our desk. Unfortunately, at the time our site on Grays Inn Road was unavailable so they took a fabulous 2500sqft floor plate in our amazing Shoreditch location on Curtain Road. Curtain Road has served them well but the heart wants what the heart wants and the business needs what the business needs. Thankfully after a full refurbishment at Grays Inn Road, we were able to offer our wonderful and loyal client a self-contained floor fitted out to their specification. And a year on, they will be content in their new home in the new tech-city.
