29 Clerkenwell Road is on the site of a former bicycle factory built in 1888, later occupied by shop-fitters before being rebuilt as a showroom. We’ve now converted the historic address into 17,500sqft of workspace, adding valuable infrastructure to the beautiful Clerkenwell Green Conservations area. The interiors of our workspace are the perfect blend of features respecting the history of the site and modern touches to bring it firmly into the present.
Clerkenwell Road, lying between Clerkenwell and Farringdon, is a great location for a workspace. It’s easily reached from elsewhere in London via nearby Farringdon and Barbican underground stations, providing access to lines including Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan. Farringdon Station is also set to become part of the upcoming Crossrail network, making it even easier to reach 29 Clerkenwell Road from further afield.
