Day offices bring exceptional flexibility and are designed to support how modern, hybrid or regional teams need to work.
If your businesses is spread across the UK, or even across the world, you might need to still get your team together to collaborate – perhaps just for a day or two. Day offices are the perfect option. You get all the benefits of your own office for the day, but without the long-term commitment.
A day office gives you your own private office, complete with desks and chairs, but just for the day rather than an ongoing commitment. They are perfect for remote teams who need to get together and regroup periodically. Our day offices are fully set up and ready to go, so you can just bring your laptops and get cracking.
As well as making the most of your day office, you’re also welcome to use the amenities in your chosen workplace, including our breakout spaces, kitchens, bike storage, roof terraces and gyms (where available).
All in all, day offices are a brilliant way of bringing remote or hybrid teams together to collaborate and focus.

If you’re part of a remote or hybrid team that needs to get together from time to time, then day offices could be a great solution for you. They are becoming increasingly popular in the new world of hybrid work, when remote teams need to physically meet.
Our day offices come in a range of sizes, from two desks to 50, and they are available at most of our 40 UK locations. They’re all close to either major international airports, rail or Underground hubs.
Day offices come with desks, chairs and superfast WiFi, as well as tea, coffee and water. Our availability changes constantly, so if you’re looking for an inspiring space to get your team together, you can search for your perfect space here.
You can use the office from 9am to 5pm, and when you are done, hand the keys back to reception. We’ll clean the room and get it ready to be used the following day.

Unfortunately not, our minimum booking duration is one working day, which is from 9am to 5pm. If you need the office for less than a day, our meeting rooms might be a better option for you.
We know that sometimes a day just isn’t long enough, so we allow day office bookings for a maximum of two consecutive days.
We have two pricing options for day offices. For London Zones 1 and 2, we charge £50 per person, per day. For all other sites (Ealing, Richmond, Kingston, Cheltenham, Glasgow, Birmingham and Milton Keynes) we charge £40 per person per day.
Our availability is constantly changing. Typically, it will be between two and 40 desks day offices that are available. Generally speaking, the bigger the office, the less availability we have. Of course, there’s nothing worse than starting your day late because the IT isn’t working. So we’ll do our best to support you and get you off to a great start.
Things change, we get that. We ask for 48 hours’ notice to guarantee your cancellation and subsequent refund. So, for instance, if your booking is for a Wednesday, please cancel by Monday morning at 9am. To cancel, please call us on 0203 405 7105.
Yes, if you want to book more frequently please call us on 0203 405 7105 and we can discuss your options.
That’s fine. We charge for the number of people attending, not for the size of the office. So, for example, there may be six people, but you want a little more space, so you want to book a day office for 10 people. In this instance, we’ll only charge you for six people. We ask that all day office bookings are above 50% capacity. For example, if a 20-desk day office is booked, there must be a minimum of 10 attendees.
We don’t provide them as standard, but we can provide them for you on request. It’s best to make your booking first and then make contact to tell us what else you need. Please give 24 hours’ notice.
We provide unlimited tea, coffee and water free of charge. Most of our workplaces have premium coffee machines and we have a partnership with Twinings tea.
We can arrange lunch for you (minimum 24 hours’ notice). Lunch is provided by Benugos, who will deliver it to your chosen workplace. Lunch is chargeable and is in addition to the day office charge.
Yes, you can. Every workplace is different. Depending on which location you choose, you are welcome to use the amenities on offer, including breakout spaces, roof terraces and courtyards, kitchens, and gyms (where available).
