One of the most iconic sights in London is Sir Christopher Wren’s St.Paul’s Cathedral which broadly marks the western edge of the City of London. Popular with tourists and commuters alike, its a great spot for those who want to mix the ‘city’ vibe with a little more culture. We’ve got a few workplaces in the immediate area, two of the most notable ones being on Watling Street and Carter Lane.
Our Watling Street spaces is wonderful – tucked away just off the cobbles – the fairly normal front door hides what happens inside. You’ll find several floors of private offices of all shapes and sizes, meeting rooms, a breakout space and a stunning view of the Cathedral too. Half a mile to the west, you’ll find Carter Lane It’s a larger workplace than Watling Street, with a ground foor breakout space and meeting rooms, four floors of offices and a roof terrace with an incredible view of the Cathedral dome.
Transport around the St Paul’s area is excellent, reflecting its location in the heart of the City of London. St Paul’s Underground Station provides direct access to the Central line, while nearby stations such as Bank Station, City Thameslink and Blackfriars Station offer connections to Underground, National Rail and Thameslink services. Numerous bus routes serve the area, linking it to other parts of London. Walking is also popular due to the concentration of offices, shops and attractions. The nearby Millennium Bridge provides pedestrian access across the River Thames to the South Bank.
