We’ve got more than 70 meeting rooms all around the UK. Whether you’re looking for a statement boardroom, a space to get your creative juices flowing or somewhere to get your team together, we’ve got the right space for you.
We know that no two meetings are ever the same, so we’ve made every meeting room individual. Of course, our private office clients can use our meeting rooms (at discounted prices) and we also welcome external online bookings too.
All of our meeting rooms are unique. Most are equipped with AV equipment and screens, superfast WiFi and our expert team of Workplace Experience Managers who are there to make sure you get settled in. We’ll even provide unlimited free tea, coffee and water. Our team can provide lunch options for you too through our lunch partner – Benugos. We just need a little notice to get it all ordered for you. Lunch is charged of top of the meeting room cost.
We can also organise extra monitors, flipcharts and stationery to help make your meeting a success. Please just let us know in advance.
Booking is simple, clients can book at reception and external bookings can be made through the website or by calling us on 0203 405 7105.

Provide your payment details and we’ll confirm your booking. You’ll receive an email with your receipt, details of how to get there, and a number to call if you need us.
We offer meeting rooms by the hour, half day or full day – so you can decide which space you want and how long for. Simply browse by location, size and date to find the perfect fit.
Once you’ve decided, you can pay by credit card online, and we’ll let the onsite team know so they can get everything ready for you.
We often get repeat bookings, so if you are looking for something more frequent it’s probably best to call. Our Meeting Room team, led by Suzi, would be happy to create a package for you to bring you the best value.

We have rooms of all shapes and sizes, from small 1-2-1 meeting rooms through to bigger boardrooms which hold 20 people. We have lots to choose from – the search function will show what is available at your preferred time and location.
Our minimum duration is for one hour, but beyond that it’s entirely up to you. You can choose half-day or full-day options, too.
Our pricing is really transparent, starting with a cost per hour. The longer you book for, the bigger the overall discount. Every meeting room is priced differently because it depends on size and location. You can see the cost for each room on our website booking portal.
Every meeting room is powered with fast business-grade fibre optic broadband. The vast majority of our rooms also have large LCD screens with conferencing technology. The onsite teams are always on hand to make sure everything works just fine.
You’ll find meeting rooms in all of our workplaces. Some of our smaller workplaces may have just one, whereas some of the bigger workplaces have three or four. Our workplaces at 124 & 128 Wigmore Street, and also at 5 & 23 Southampton Place share their meeting rooms.
Of course, there’s nothing worse than a meeting that starts late because the IT isn’t ready. So we’ll do our best to support you and get you off to a great start.

No, not at all. Anybody can book a meeting room, although it is worth noting that our private office clients receive a discount on their bookings.
We don’t provide them as standard, but we can provide them for you on request. It’s best to make your booking first and then get in touch to tell us what else you need. Please give 24 hours’ notice.
We provide unlimited tea, coffee and water free of charge. Most of our workplaces have premium coffee machines and we have a partnership with Twinings tea.
We can arrange lunch for you (minimum 24 hours’ notice). Lunch is provided by Benugos, who will deliver it to your chosen workplace. Lunch is chargeable and is in addition to the meeting room charge.
Yes, you can. Every workplace is different, as is every meeting room. Depending on which location you choose, you are welcome to use the amenities on offer, including breakout spaces, roof terraces and courtyards, kitchens and gyms (where available).
