114-116 Curtain Road is our brand new event space in Shoreditch. The journey solely began as serviced offices but this cool location was often mistaken as a bar or coffee shop so we made the obvious decision to extend our services and begin offering event space too. The ground floor is approximately 2000sqft and has a bar that runs almost the full length of the open-plan floor plate (there is no licence for the bar but BYO is applicable). Maintaining a boutique environment with an industrial edge, Curtain Road’s event space has a combination of concrete and wooden flooring and has a unique coffered ceiling which enhances sound effects. There is also a lounge area on the ground floor, as well as a glass partitioned meeting room (if required). Facilities include wifi, 24/7 access, a roof terrace, external catering services, a kitchenette and bar, dual aircon/heating, disabled access, full audio visual equipment and a state-of-the art sound system.
Our Curtain Road event space can be used for all kinds of interesting events such as product launches, small corporate functions and private parties, pop-ups, fashion shows, screenings, talks and even simple brunches. The space is very flexible and can hold up to 100 people.
This stunning venue is within a 15 minute walk of Liverpool Street station providing easy access to overground services and the ultra convenient central line. It is also nearby to Shoreditch High Street station and rubs shoulders with The Blues Kitchen and the vibrant Hoxton Square. Have a look at some of our workplaces, also in London Mid Town.

114-116 Curtain Road is a former industrial warehouse, converted into a beautiful workplace. It’s in the heart of the Shoreditch Triangle, an area steeped in history. Home to the first production of Romeo and Juliet in 1577, famous for 19th century furniture production, and a modern fashion hub, it’s one of the most exciting parts of East London. And the interiors at 114-116 Curtain Road respectfully refer to the area’s history, with reclaimed vintage furniture, high ceilings, and unique design touches that reflect the road’s history and create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires in equal measure.
Centrally located in Shoreditch, Curtain Road is well served by London’s public transport network. There are plenty of bus routes from East London and beyond, four tube stations nearby, and fantastic overground links. And with cycle storage on-site, you can even pedal to your new workplace with peace of mind.
Shoreditch is home to an amazing array of cafes, restaurants, and eateries for you to choose from, whether for your working lunch or to impress some new clients.
