There’s a choice of three high-quality meeting rooms at Boston House, our flexible workplace in Wantage. Each one is available to be hired on flexible terms by members and non-members alike, with time slots ranging from an hour to a full day.
The three meeting rooms are designed to cover every need. The biggest can hold up to eight people, making it perfect for board meetings or all-hands gatherings. The smaller two can both accommodate up to four people, ideal for smaller team or client meetings.
All of them are refurbished to a high standard, completely free from branding, and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable, productive meeting. That includes access to free WiFi and a TV screen for presenting or video conferencing.
You can also use your time at Boston House as an opportunity to get some work done, as it’s home to our Wantage workplace which features a flexible-access coworking space for hot-desking. And if you need to take a breather, there are plenty of break-out spaces and an outdoor courtyard to unwind in.

Boston House is situated in Grove Business Park in South Oxfordshire. The building embraces the surroundings, with great views from the private offices and a beautiful courtyard garden to enjoy on summer days. The entire workplace is designed to help you find a more productive and enjoyable work-life, with useful amenities like meeting rooms and virtual office services along with creative break-out areas to get a moment away from your desk.
Boston House is easily reachable from nearby Wantage, which is within 10 miles drive of neighbouring towns Didcot and Abingdon, and a little further afield you’ll find Oxford, Reading, Newbury, and Swindon. There’s great access to Boston House from the A34, M4, and M40.
Our closest town, Wantage, is just over 30 minutes away on foot, or five minutes’ drive, making it the perfect place to pop for lunch or post-work drinks.
If you want to explore further afield, you can venture into the countryside surrounding Wantage, home to the Uffington White Horse, Segsbury Camp, and more.
