ABOUT US

The Boutique Workplace Company has, in one form or another, been in the business of providing boutique, design-led, unbranded serviced office space in London and beyond since 2008.

Beginning as Ventia Ltd, led by office space sector veterans Steve Baker and Dan Wheble, the company started off by managing property portfolios on behalf of landlords and tenants. Not long after, as the property market healed from the effects of the recession, Ventia secured the first property of its own – a Grade II listed building in Mayfair. From then on, Ventia continued to focus on building a portfolio of stand-out boutique office spaces in beautiful and iconic listed buildings in Central London.

Each boasting original period features and thoughtfully redesigned interiors, Ventia workplaces were a cut above the competition and delivered something unique in the market – sophisticated coworking facilities in prestigious locations.

Meet the Team

We’d be nowhere without our people. From our CEO to the workplace managers at each of our locations, the Boutique team are here to make it easier than ever to find your perfect workplace. We give our team full responsibility for their workplace, so just as our buildings are unique, so is the experience you will have when you work in them. Our diverse team bring their own unique character and flair to everything they do, because they know what makes businesses like yours happy. Meet some of them and find out more about what makes our team tick.

As the Ventia portfolio grew, the company achieved steady year-on-year growth and won a number of awards including 2015 Nectar Small Business of the Year. By the end of 2015, the portfolio had grown to 20 unique and desirable locations. Soon after hitting this milestone, Ventia was acquired by The Boutique Workplace Company, and two companies became one.

Still led by Dan Wheble, The Boutique Workplace Company still retains the core philosophies that made Ventia so successful and loved. From the focus on acquiring prestigious buildings to the bespoke approach to interior design, the flexible terms to the customer service focus, The Boutique Workplace Company continues Ventia’s legacy while also striving for more.
