The larger of the two rooms is completely unbranded and comfortably seats 12 people, meaning it’s the perfect size for important client meetings, training days, board meetings, or even just a team catch-up with colleagues. You also get access to free high-speed WiFi, video conferencing facilities, a 55-inch television, and air-conditioning.
Booking a meeting room at Bedford Square couldn’t be easier. You can book by the hour, half-day, or full-day with just one simple all-inclusive payment. That includes the support of our on-site receptionist team throughout your meeting, and you can also add a full catering service on request.
Just north of Tottenham Court Road and south of Goodge Street, Bedford Square is perfectly well-connected offering easy access to other area in London. But, if you need a space to work before or after your meeting, you can also take advantage of a hot desk in our Bloomsbury workplace.
