Our first flexible workspace in Birmingham is in a Grade II listed building on the iconic Colmore Row, named after the Colmore family in 1747, and sits right next to the city’s tallest office building. The interiors have been thoughtfully restored, preserving the historic character of the building while integrating all of the modern features needed to create a perfect workspace. There are also several outdoor spaces to unwind in, including a rooftop terrace and central courtyard. 102 Colmore Row is in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, less than five minutes on foot from both Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Snow Hill stations. If you’d rather travel by car than rail, St Philips Point car park is the closest to us, and you can even cycle to us and make use of the on-site cycle storage facilities.
