175 Grays Inn Road is our newly refurbished event space in between Kings Cross and Chancery Lane. The ground floor is similar to a retail unit with floor to ceiling glass exposing the stunning characteristics and furnishings of the venue. This unique building is similiar to a studio and warehouse space with an exposed ceiling. The space is approximately 3000sqft and is equipped with a breakfast bar. There is also a chill out lounge, as well as 3 x small booths. Facilities include wifi, 24/7 access, a roof terrace, external catering services, a kitchenette and bar, dual aircon/heating, disabled access, full audio visual equipment and a state-of-the art sound system. Please note: There is no licence for this venue but BYO is applicable.
Our 175 Grays Inn Road event space can be used for all kinds of interesting events such as product launches, small corporate functions and private parties, pop-ups, fashion shows, screenings, talks and even simple brunches. The space is very flexible and can hold up 130 people without the existing furniture. Our Grays Inn Road space is also available as a workspace.
