Our flexible workplace at 73 Watling Street is on the corner of Bow Lane and Watling Street in the City of London. It contains a high-spec meeting room, equipped with everything you need for a productive meeting and available to be booked on flexible terms from an hour to a full day.
It has capacity to seat up to six people comfortably, meaning it’s the ideal size for small team meetings, presentations to clients, or creative group sessions. It’s fully-refurbished and completely unbranded, ensuring comfort and adaptability.
There’s also a wall-mounted TV inside for presenting or video-conferencing, and you get free access to our high-speed WiFi network. Other amenities include several break-out spaces, coffee stations, and a beautiful rooftop terrace with views over St Paul’s Cathedral.
And you can also make use of the on-site flexible-access coworking space in our City of London workplace at 73 Watling Street, if you have work to do before or after your meeting. It’s one of the closest flexible offices to Bank station, meaning it’s easy to reach from anywhere in London.

All individual offices within feature wonderful natural light, and a TV screen perfect for video-conferencing. The workplace is based on a historic and characterful road dating back to Roman times, with stunning views of St Paul’s Cathedral and lots of period neighbouring buildings from the 17th-19th century.
Our Watling Street workplace neighbours a famous Butchers in the City called Porterford Butchers, meaning you can beat the long queue at lunchtime. Bank is the closest underground station, offering access to both the Central and Northern lines, and nearby Mansion House and Cannon Street stations offer access to Circle and District lines.
St. Paul’s Cathedral is a minutes’ walk away. Enjoy the gardens of this fantastic landmark during your lunch break or take a stroll along the river Thames.
Situated in between the One New Change development and Bloomberg development, restaurants and shopping is available in abundance.
