A new workplace is joining The Boutique Collection. We’re excited to announce the launch of The Rutherford, a beautiful building on Hoxton Square containing modern, high-tech office space spread over five floors.

Offices from 300-7000sqft

The Rutherford is filled with high-quality, design-led, high-ceilinged office space, spread from the ground to the third floor. Available in sizes suitable for all sorts of businesses, with individual units spanning from 300sqft to just over 7000sqft and some containing private meeting rooms, there’s something for everyone.

All of the office spaces are fully furnished to a high standard with ergonomic chairs and sit/stand desks, and come completely unbranded so you can make them your own. They’re also fully serviced, meaning all cleaning and maintenance responsibilities are handled by us, leaving you free to spend your time where it’s really needed.

A serviced office at The Rutherford also comes inclusive of all costs, including rent, business-grade fibre-optic broadband, utilities, business rates, service charge, and building insurance, so you get complete transparency over how much you’ll pay for your space. And, perhaps best of all, all serviced offices at The Rutherford also come on flexible leases, giving you the agility you need in uncertain times.

Outstanding on-site amenities

A location like no other

Last but not least, the location. The Rutherford is based on the southeast corner of Hoxton Square in Shoreditch, a notable place for more than one reason! Hoxton Square, laid all the way back in 1683, is one of London’s oldest public squares and is the only garden square in Hoxton.

It’s seen some iconic use in its time, including as the centre of London’s furniture industry in the 1800s, a hub for anarchists and feminists, and the playground for talented contemporary artists including Tracey Emin and Damien Hirst.

Now, Hoxton Square is a beautiful and lively grassy area surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. And it’s also home to Hoxton Campus, a cluster of workspaces of which The Rutherford is a part, which is building a name for itself as a leading technology hub.

There are also excellent local transport links, including nearby Old Street, Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Shoreditch High Street stations, which combined offer connections to the rest of London and beyond.
