124 Wigmore Street: A new office space option in Marylebone

Marylebone is a wonderful area of London, full of cultural delights, well connected with major underground and National Rail services, and flanked on both sides by beautiful parks. Our workplace at 128 Wigmore Street was The Boutique Workplace Company’s first foray into this chic location, but we’re now excited to be able to announce that we’re expanding our presence in Marylebone with a brand new workplace.

So, without any further ado, meet 124 Wigmore Street. Read on to learn everything you need to know about our new workplace, and why it might be the perfect office space option for you.

Offices from 100-4200sqft

124 Wigmore Street comprises of just over 4,200sqft of space, adding to the ~5,000sqft at 128 Wigmore Street for a combined total of just under 10,000sqft of Boutique office space in Marylebone. The space inside 124 is split into 13 self-contained offices, all named after famous Marylebone residents including John Lennon and Jimi Hendrix and ranging from 100sqft to 4200sqft, perfect for teams of 2-80 people.

As with all other locations in The Boutique Collection, each office space in 124 Wigmore Street comes fully-furnished to a high standard and completely unbranded so you can really make it your own. They’re also serviced, meaning we handle all of the cleaning and maintenance of the space leaving you free to spend more time on your own business.

We keep costs simple, too, with one price inclusive of rent, super-fast internet, utilities, business rates, and service charge, so you know exactly what you’re paying. And, perhaps best of all, all of our offices are available on flexible terms that give you the agility that’s needed in the modern world.

Modern on-site facilities

It’s not just a high-end office space you get as a member at 124 Wigmore Street, though. The building also contains a broad selection of on-site amenities and facilities that help it to meet your every need during the workday.

Features include brand-new kitchen facilities spread over the five floors, conveniently-located modern WCs, showers available for use by all companies, a new air-conditioning system, and secure bicycle storage for all of the peddling commuters.

There’s also a private outdoor space which is there to give you a space to enjoy the sun or get some fresh air whenever you feel like it. What’s more, 24 hour access is available giving you the freedom to work on a schedule that suits you.

Grade II listed

Just like its counterpart at 128 Wigmore Street, our workplace at 124 is housed in a Grade II listed property. Built all the way back in the late 18th century, it’s an excellent example of a period terraced town house, featuring beautiful details such as high ceilings, arched doorways, Greek Doric columns, and cast iron railings.

Despite its storied history, the interiors at 124 Wigmore Street feel refreshingly modern and comfortable. Recent refurbishments focused on blending the old with the new, preserving original period features while updating features and facilities to create a workspace that meets the needs of the modern workforce.

Well connected

And, finally, 124 Wigmore Street is perfectly located in Marylebone to provide access to all the important features of the area. Most importantly, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from both Bond Street and Marble Arch underground stations, opening up the Central line and the brand new Jubilee line and connecting you to the rest of London.
