The Boutique Workplace Company is pleased to announce we’ve finalised plans to bring our unique style of workspace to Birmingham – with 102 Colmore Row set to open in Q4 2021.

Located in the heart of Birmingham’s business district, our newest flexible office space will be our second venture outside London, and follows the success of The Smith which opened in Kingston-Upon-Thames earlier this year.

We’re working with the developers at Cervidae to create a coworking space that beats any other in Birmingham, providing professionals and businesses with a new way of working in the city centre. Here’s what we’ve got planned…

102 Colmore Row is an attractive period property spread over 26,000sqft on one of Birmingham’s most prestigious streets. Once completed, the development will cater to individuals and SMEs with 423 workstations spread across a coworking lounge and private offices. These will be named after famous Brummies, so get in quick to secure your favourite! Access to the coworking space at 102 Colmore Row will also be available through The Boutique Members Club. And as a member, you’ll also get access to 10 of our other workspaces in London (perfect for if you’re a regular commuter between the two cities) and benefit from unlimited coffee and high speed WiFi for just £70pcm +VAT.
