Step into our office…

Our St Paul’s workplace in 71-73 Carter Lane is an absolute dream, with office space and communal areas set across five floors which are all spoiled with natural light. Private office suites to accommodate between 2-20 people, plus self-contained floors for up to 60 employees make it the perfect flexible workspace to combine growing businesses and start-ups. Furthermore, access is available through The Boutique Members Club, a stand-out alternative to working from a coffee shop.

Step out into the communal courtyard on the ground floor for a breath of fresh air or head up to the roof terrace for a magnified view of St. Pauls Cathedral. The stylish boardroom fits up to 10 savvy pros, and the lounge space is ideal for afternoon cocktails on a Friday with its built-in bar (we won’t tell if you don’t).

There’s also bike racks and showers for those who enjoy a more ‘energetic’ commute to work, a snazzy event space for super soirees, as well as a passenger lift, air-conditioning, and a managed, intimate feel for our client companies that wish to maintain their identity.

Step out of our office…

Outside the decor-led walls of our St. Paul’s co-working facility, we give you easy accessibility to St. Paul’s and Blackfriars Tube Stations, as well as the City Thameslink Railway Station. Crossrail will also be available at Farringdon station which is a short 10-15 minute walk.

Did you know? There are now 18 trains per hour between City Thameslink and Kings Cross St. Pancras meaning you are within 10 minutes of this thriving tech hub and Eurostar services.

Located on the south side of Carter Lane, it’s in a prime location for those in the financial and legal industries in particular, with close proximity to The London Stock Exchange.
