12-18 Theobalds Road is a beautiful row of Georgian Grade II listed terraced townhouses in London’s Midtown, fully refurbished to a high standard. Inside, there are two high-quality meeting rooms, both available to be booked on super-flexible terms starting from by the hour.
The larger of the two rooms is suitable for up to eight people, with a boardroom-style table that makes it ideal for client presentations, board meetings, and all-hands gatherings. The smaller can accommodate up to four people, ideal for smaller meetings or brainstorming sessions.
Both come equipped with full access to our high-speed WiFi, along with a wall-mounted TV you can use for presenting or video-conferencing. And you can also choose to add on a catering service on request, whether you’re looking to impress your guests or just stay refreshed.
Nestled between Bloomsbury, Holborn, and Farringdon, our workplace in Midtown is easily reached from elsewhere in London and beyond. And the spacious on-site coworking space offers a place to sit down and get some work done if you have time to utilise before or after your meeting.

A survivor of the Blitz, which destroyed much of Theobalds Road, 12-18 dates back to c1750. It’s a beautiful row of terraced houses, now Grade II listed and restored to an extremely high standard by a partnership of The Boutique Workplace Company and Thirdway Architecture. Each office contained within the workplace is fitted out to the highest standards while still retaining its charming original features, and different design themes offer a range of unique atmospheres. And with the high ceilings and abundant natural light that feature throughout the building, you’ll be happy whichever one you choose.

There are a number of nearby rail stations, including Chancery Lane just 5 minutes’ walk away, and plenty of bus routes pass nearby. Theobalds Road is in the perfect area to explore everything London has to offer, with Covent Garden, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the Southbank all within walking distance. Get out there and see what you can see on your lunchbreaks.
