The Smith, our cutting edge flexible workplace in Kingston-upon-Thames, is home to a choice of three meeting rooms. All are available to be booked on flexible terms, including by the hour, half-day, and full-day, by members and non-members alike.
The biggest room has capacity for up to 12 people, while the smaller two can hold three and four people respectively. That means you can choose the one that’s the perfect fit for your needs, whether you’re holding a board meeting or a one-to-one.
All of the meeting rooms are fully-refurbished, completely unbranded, and include access to our reliable high-speed WiFi. There’s a TV screen in the largest, with a HDMI cable that means you can use it for presentations or video calls. A catering service is also available on request.
The Smith is also home to our Kingston workplace, which includes a spacious coworking area you can use flexibly if you need to work before or after your meeting. And, best of all, it’s based on London Road just eight minutes on foot from Kingston station where you’ll find ample rail connections.

The Smith is located on London Road, a main thoroughfare in Kingston-upon-Thames. It’s just an 8-minute walk from Kingston station where you’re connected to London and beyond, and plenty of bus routes service the high street. There’s also on-site car parking and secure bicycle storage, meaning no matter how you choose to travel, The Smith is easy to reach.
NORBITON 9 MINS WALKThe River Thames is just over 10 minutes away on-foot, opening up a world of lunchtime or after-work dining and drinking opportunities. Unwind at the end of a long day with a meal by the river.
Kingston’s famous Ancient Market, dating back to the 1200s, is a 13-minute walk away, offering a beautifully quaint shopping experience every Monday from 9am-2pm.
