The best part about this roof terrace is the view across to St Paul’s Cathedral, which is just 200m to the east. The early morning sunrise is the perfect backdrop to the dome of this stunning building.

There is lift access to 3rd floor, with access to the 4th floor via staircase. Toilets and tea/coffee making facilities are on the 2nd floor.

There’s a kitchen and bar area, a number of smaller meeting room areas, and some cosy booths too. The space itself is vast and really flexible, and there’s full lift access.

Nowadays, the basement gym can be used as a filming location. It’s dark, moody and gritty; perfect for the urban London drama look. It’s accessible by lift, too.

Upstairs, on the roof, you’ll find one of our best roof terraces. This space would double-up brilliantly for urban party shots, or faux-bar and restaurant content. There are 360° views across London from here, too.

Inside, you’ll find our ground floor coworking lounge, which could doubles-up nicely as a café, bar or lounge. There’s ample soft seating, a long bar area with kitchen facilities and lots of natural light from the large frontage.

If you are looking for an outdoor location, head up to the roof terrace. It’s decked out smartly, with lots of natural light and views across east London. The roof terrace is a great blank canvas which you could imagine as a residential garden, café bar or hospitality venue.

On the lower ground floor (accessible by lift) you’ll find a compact gym and treatment room, which could double-up perfectly as a hotel gym and beauty space. On the ground floor, you’ll find our stunning lounge area and exquisite meeting room.

And finally, on the first floor, you’ll find our secluded roof terrace. Note: the roof terrace is close to residential buildings and has limitations on the times it can be used.

Also on the ground floor is our compact gym space. With free weights, bikes, treadmills and machines, this is a compact gym which could double-up onscreen as a home-gym or hotel-gym – complete with lots of natural light.

Head up to the roof and there is a huge roof terrace with views to the east over Holborn, Farringdon and the southern end of King’s Cross. This space is very customisable; and whilst it has lift access, the lift is compact, so its probably better suited to small cast and crew unless you’re happy to take the stairs to the 4th floor.

Think open-plan breakout space, intricate staircase, period features throughout. This would double-up on screen as either a smart agency style office space or even as a luxurious central London family home.

The original drawing room and lounge are expansive, and throughout the building there are elaborate features, cornicing and decorations.

The centrepiece, however, is the double-height breakout space, which is a vast, beautiful and symmetrical room. This was once a public library, a courtroom and a council chamber, and it still retains all of its original charm. The walls feature original artworks, sculptures and engravings.

There’s a kitchen and bar area, a number of smaller meeting room areas, some cosy booths and lots of natural light from the windows overlooking Southwark Bridge Road to the front. The space itself is large and really flexible. What’s more, there’s full lift access to the space too.

The communal staircase boasts ornate period features which are bathed in natural light from the domed window above.

The exterior has four period doorways. There is a period reception room with sash windows, sweeping period staircases (within No. 18 Theobalds Rd and our adjacent workplace 2 John Street), and extensive courtyard space surrounded by the rear of several townhouse properties.

This roof terrace is a little more compact than our Carter Lane roof terrace. The onsite lift can help you get your kit most of the way there, but the final few steps are a little twisty. This space is best for small crews.
