Meanwhile, Shepherd Market now stands on the site of the original May Fair; a raucous two-week event that started in 1686 and gave the neighbourhood its name before becoming so disreputable that local residents had it banned in 1764.

The two Mayfair buildings – 25 Green Street near Hyde Park and 3 Queen Street just off Park Lane – are eight minutes apart on foot. Green Street has 7,000 sq ft of self-contained office space across several floors, with offices for teams of between two and 25 people. There’s a shared breakout lounge and a meeting room. 3 Queen Street is a Grade II listed building with six floors of fully furnished and serviced private offices in a range of sizes for small and medium-sized businesses. A meeting room and breakout space are available, and the building is a short walk from Hyde Park and Green Park.
Marble Arch Tube is just a three-minute stroll from the Green Street building, Green Park Tube is five minutes away, Bond Street is eight minutes and Piccadilly Circus is a 12-minute walk. Between them, the four stations cover the Central, Jubilee, Piccadilly, Victoria, Bakerloo and Elizabeth lines.

Yes, you can. Around 13 of our locations have lounges, which means no matter which workplace you choose as your home, you can drop into any of those 13 locations and work from the lounge area. They include Soho, the City, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Farringdon, Shoreditch and many more.

Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
Yes, we’re very proud of what we’ve created. Our clients sometimes intend to stay with us for a year or so, and often stay for 3 or 4 years until they need a large long-lease office of their own. Our Net Promoter Score is classified as ‘Strong’ and we consistently get 5* reviews on Google across most of our workplaces.
We do yes, across all of our locations we partner with a number of business to bring a benefit to our clients.
