It seems fitting that Bletchley Park, where the Enigma cipher was cracked during WWII, is just a few miles from Milton Keynes. Alan Turing and the other codebreakers who worked there are directly responsible for the modern computing industry, and the technology businesses that have based themselves in Milton Keynes are part of that lineage. It’s not just tech that’s found a home here though; logistics, financial services, retail and advanced manufacturing have all headed this way, enticed by Milton Keynes’ accessibility, infrastructure and cost compared to other major cities. The town was designed from scratch in 1967 to relieve pressure on London, and the planning that went into it – the grid road system, the dedicated paths and underpasses that keep cyclists and pedestrians separate from traffic, the many green spaces – is visible 60 years later. Which is probably why the likes of Amazon, Network Rail and several car manufacturers have major operations here.

The Pinnacle is just seven minutes’ walk to Milton Keynes Central train station. From there, you can get to London Euston in around 35 minutes and Birmingham New Street in around 45. There is easy access in both directions using the M1. Luton Airport is a 30-minute drive, while Heathrow and Birmingham International are an hour away.

Yes, you can. Around 13 of our locations have lounges, which means no matter which workplace you choose as your home, you can drop into any of those 13 locations and work from the lounge area. They include Soho, the City, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Farringdon, Shoreditch and many more.

Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
Yes, we’re very proud of what we’ve created. Our clients sometimes intend to stay with us for a year or so, and often stay for 3 or 4 years until they need a large long-lease office of their own. Our Net Promoter Score is classified as ‘Strong’ and we consistently get 5* reviews on Google across most of our workplaces.
We do yes, across all of our locations we partner with a number of business to bring a benefit to our clients. We have a partnership with Virgin Active where our clients received a 37.5% discount on the monthly membership.
