Located in the heart of the West End, it is renowned for its luxury boutiques, designer fashion houses, fine jewellery stores, and prestigious art galleries. Many internationally recognised brands have flagship stores here, making it a symbol of elegance and wealth. Bond Street also reflects London’s rich history, blending historic architecture with modern luxury and vibrant city life.
Our two neighbouring workplaces at 124 and 128 Wigmore Street are a pair of traditional grade II listed townhouses and are just moments from Bond Street and in-particular the new Elizabeth Line station.
Bond Street is one of London’s most prestigious shopping and commercial districts, located in the City of Westminster between Oxford Street and Piccadilly. Established in the early 18th century, it quickly became associated with luxury retail, fine art, and high society. Divided into Old Bond Street and New Bond Street, the area has long attracted affluent shoppers, international visitors, and leading luxury brands.
Commerce is the defining feature of Bond Street. It is home to world-renowned fashion houses, jewellers, art galleries, auction houses, and designer boutiques, making it one of the most exclusive retail destinations in the world. The area also supports luxury hotels, restaurants, cafĂ©s, and professional service firms. The opening of the Elizabeth line at Bond Street Station has further enhanced accessibility, increasing footfall and strengthening the district’s commercial appeal.
Today, Bond Street successfully combines its historic elegance with a modern luxury retail environment. Its distinctive architecture, prestigious businesses, and central location make it a key contributor to London’s economy and international reputation. As one of the capital’s premier destinations for shopping, tourism, and commerce, Bond Street continues to attract visitors and investment from around the world.
We combine interesting and beautifully designed workspaces with a strong focus on hospitality and experience. It’s why we won “Best workplace experience 2025” at the SME Business Awards. Explore what we offer…
Our two Wigmore Street properties are only a short walk from Bond Street. No 124 and No 128 offer unique office spaces for small businesses. The two buildings are serviced by the great onsite team. No 128 is where most of the action happens with the shared reception, meeting rooms and offices, whereas the sister building at No 124 is mainly office space.
Worth noting that No 128 has a wonderful, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment tucked away on the top floor – so if you need a space to stay in the Bond Street area it’s one to look at.
The recent introduction of the Elizabeth has taken some of the heavy-lifting away from the Central and Bakerloo lines that intertwine the West End. Perfect in the summer months, as the A/C onboard the new trains is especially good. Bond St now has a myriad of transport options. Of course there are bikes and taxis passing through here in large numbers, whilst below ground the Jubilee Line, Central Line and Elizabeth Line bring commuters and tourists through the area.
