It has been a centre of London life since monks from Westminster Abbey grew a kitchen garden here in the Middle Ages. Today, it’s one of the city’s most visited places and you can watch it all go by from our workspace on Henrietta Street. For businesses in the creative, cultural or hospitality sectors, the neighbourhood has obvious relevance. For everyone else, the name is enough.
The first Punch and Judy show in England took place in Covent Garden in 1662, and the neighbourhood has been at the centre of London’s creative and cultural communities ever since. The area is alive with theatres and performance venues – the world-famous Royal Opera House is here – and continues to attract the agencies, production companies, PR firms and creative businesses that orbit the arts and entertainment industry. Seven Dials, the Victorian street junction immediately to the north, has developed its own separate identity with independent fashion, design and lifestyle shops as well as a lively Sunday market, while the London Transport Museum in the old Flower Market building on the main square is free. If the area needed any more claims to fame, Alfred Hitchcock was born nearby and so, reportedly, was the humble sandwich. The whole neighbourhood functions as a working creative district as much as a visitor destination.
We combine interesting and beautifully designed workspaces with a strong focus on hospitality and experience. It’s why we won “Best workplace experience 2025” at the SME Business Awards. Explore what we offer…
The front door of the building in Covent Garden looks directly out onto the square. The building is made up of three connected Grade II listed terraces with 12,000 sq ft of fully furnished, unbranded office space for up to 250 people. Offices are available in a range of sizes across a number of floors, and there are meeting rooms, kitchen areas and two outdoor courtyards. Covent Garden tube station is immediately across the square, and if you ever want a change of scenery there are five Boutique buildings within a 15-minute walk: Holborn Town Hall and Soho Square are about 10 minutes away; Golden Square and Southampton Place are about 13 minutes; and Bedford Square several minutes more.
Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Holborn Tube stations are all walkable, covering the Piccadilly, Northern and Central lines. Charing Cross is close for national rail, and the broader West End is entirely accessible on foot.
