Marylebone has all the convenience of central London but with a fraction of the frantic feel. Oxford Street is close enough to be useful, for example, without feeling its effects from your desk. You’ve also got the world-famous Baker Street running vertically down from the Marylebone Road to Oxford Street, and the ever-delightful Marylebone High Street which is a wonderful mishmash of bars, cafes, boutique shops and more. It’s the kind of neighbourhood that people who work here tend to feel a bit smug about – particularly if you’re in one of our workspaces on Wigmore Street.
You know you’ve hit the literary lottery when you make up an address, and it becomes real. Sherlock Holmes’ home at 221B Baker Street was pure fiction when Conan Doyle invented it in 1887, but by a few quirks of fate over the last 140 years it is now the genuine address of the Sherlock Holmes Museum. Marylebone has always attracted this kind of creative chutzpah – the Beatles recorded almost everything they ever made at Abbey Road, a short walk north, while John Nash designed Regent’s Park as one of London’s great planned green spaces just beyond that. The Wallace Collection on Manchester Square is one of London’s most overlooked major museums – it was left to the nation in 1897 on the condition it was never moved or lent to another institution. Marylebone High Street, meanwhile, has become something of a benchmark for independent high streets in the capital – think boutique bookshops, florists, cheesemongers, clothes shops and cafés. Sherlock would surely approve!
We combine interesting and beautifully designed workspaces with a strong focus on hospitality and experience. It’s why we won “Best workplace experience 2025” at the SME Business Awards. Explore what we offer…
124 and 128 Wigmore Street are a few doors apart on the same street. Both are Grade II listed Georgian townhouses that have been refurbished to a high standard. They are both dog friendly and share the meeting rooms at Number 128. 124 Wigmore Street has around 4,200 sq ft of private offices across five floors, with kitchens, showers, bike storage, air conditioning and outdoor space. 128 Wigmore Street has approximately 5,000 sq ft across five floors with meeting rooms, a breakout space and kitchens. An apartment on the top floor – very useful for visiting clients or out-of-town team members – is available to clients at a preferential rate.
Bond Street (on the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines), and Regent’s Park (on the Bakerloo line) are the closest Tube stations to Wigmore Street and are only a five-minute walk from Wigmore Street. Oxford Circus and Marble Arch Tube stations are both about 10 minutes away, with Baker Street taking a little longer. These three stations give you access to the Central, Jubilee, Bakerloo, Victoria, Elizabeth, Circle, District, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines.
