Cheltenham runs four major festivals a year; for literature, jazz, science and food. The Literature Festival, which began in 1949, is the oldest in the world and has hosted everyone from Graham Greene to Kazuo Ishiguro, as well as pretty much every significant British writer of the last 70 years. The Science Festival, which GCHQ has supported since 2004, reflects the town’s other big talking point: the intelligence agency moved into its doughnut-shaped headquarters here in 2004 and since then has attracted a cluster of cyber security, data analytics and technology businesses that have made Cheltenham one of the most important tech addresses outside London. Then there’s the Golden Valley development, a planned tech campus next to GCHQ with ambitions to be one of the largest in Europe. Professional services, financial businesses and a strong independent retail and hospitality sector mean it’s a town with a lot going for it. But don’t tell anyone; someone might be listening!

Jessop House is a Grade A office building in Cheltenham’s established Business Quarter, between Cheltenham Spa train station and the town centre. The ground floor workspace offers private office suites in a range of sizes, all fully furnished and serviced, with meeting rooms, breakout spaces, kitchen facilities and a café. A gym is being added in summer 2026. Offices are designed to suit smaller and medium-sized businesses that want a professional, well-run environment without the overheads of a conventional lease.
Cheltenham Spa has direct trains to Bristol and Birmingham (40 minutes) and London Paddington (less than two hours). The M5 connects to Birmingham and Bristol, and both those cities’ airports are about an hour’s drive.

Yes, you can. Around 13 of our locations have lounges, which means no matter which workplace you choose as your home, you can drop into any of those 13 locations and work from the lounge area. They include Soho, the City, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Farringdon, Shoreditch and many more.

Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
Yes, we’re very proud of what we’ve created. Our clients sometimes intend to stay with us for a year or so, and often stay for 3 or 4 years until they need a large long-lease office of their own. Our Net Promoter Score is classified as ‘Strong’ and we consistently get 5* reviews on Google across most of our workplaces.
We do yes, across all of our locations we partner with a number of business to bring a benefit to our clients. We have a partnership with Virgin Active where our clients received a 37.5% discount on the monthly membership.
