Time Out called Birmingham one of Europe’s best places to visit in 2025, and that’s just as true for places to work. The financial and professional services sector here is substantial; partly because it is home to HSBC’s UK headquarters and the likes of Goldman Sachs, KPMG and PwC. The tech and digital sectors are growing quickly, particularly around the city centre and nearby Digbeth, Birmingham’s most creative quarter, where studios and independent music venues fill the Victorian brick warehouses that line the canal.

This is Boutique’s first building in Birmingham, and the choice of address was deliberate – Colmore Row is the city’s most established business street, and the Grade II listed building gives the workspace character. Yes, you can. Around 13 of our locations have lounges, which means no matter which workplace you choose as your home, you can drop into any of those 13 locations and work from the lounge area. They include Soho, the City, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Farringdon, Shoreditch and many more.

Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
Yes, we’re very proud of what we’ve created. Our clients sometimes intend to stay with us for a year or so, and often stay for 3 or 4 years until they need a large long-lease office of their own. Our Net Promoter Score is classified as ‘Strong’ and we consistently get 5* reviews on Google across most of our workplaces.
We do yes, across all of our locations we partner with a number of business to bring a benefit to our clients.
