Over the last two decades, Birmingham has become a genuine financial and professional services hub; HSBC moved its UK headquarters here, while KPMG and Goldman Sachs both have a significant presence. Whatever industry you’re in, you can do Birmingham in style from our Grade II listed Victorian building at the city’s most prestigious business address. It’s a blinder, not peaky.
Time Out called Birmingham one of Europe’s best places to visit in 2025, and that’s just as true for places to work. The financial and professional services sector here is substantial; partly because it is home to HSBC’s UK headquarters and the likes of Goldman Sachs, KPMG and PwC. The tech and digital sectors are growing quickly, particularly around the city centre and nearby Digbeth, Birmingham’s most creative quarter, where studios and independent music venues fill the Victorian brick warehouses that line the canal.
The Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery holds the world’s largest collection of Pre-Raphaelite art, the Ikon Gallery is a highly respected contemporary art space, the Birmingham Royal Ballet is one of only two full-time ballet companies in the UK, and the city’s symphony orchestra, the CBSO, is considered among the best in Europe. Meanwhile, Paradise Birmingham, the ongoing city centre regeneration project, continues to attract investment and reshape the city’s commercial core. Time to take some time out in Birmingham!
We combine interesting and beautifully designed workspaces with a strong focus on hospitality and experience. It’s why we won “Best workplace experience 2025” at the SME Business Awards. Explore what we offer…
This is Boutique’s first building in Birmingham, and the choice of address was deliberate – Colmore Row is the city’s most established business street, and the Grade II listed building gives the workspace character. It has 26,000 sq ft of serviced office and coworking space, with private offices that can accommodate teams of two to 100. There are high-spec meeting rooms, kitchen areas, a gym and a roof terrace. Birmingham New Street train station is within easy walking distance, and Paradise Birmingham – a £1.2 billion project transforming the heart of the city – is immediately around the corner.
Birmingham New Street is the busiest train station outside London, with services in every direction, and is a five-minute walk. For travel within the city, there’s a comprehensive bus and tram network.
