Ealing Studios, the world’s oldest working film studio, is perhaps Ealing’s biggest claim to fame but it’s one that’s still relevant 125 years after it opened its doors, with the West London Film Office actively encouraging TV and film production across the borough. Tech businesses, professional services and independent retailers make up the broader commercial mix, and the town centre has kept a genuine independent feel. The annual Jazz and Blues Festival in Walpole Park draws crowds from across London, a community cinema opened in a former library four years ago and is now a fixture, and the Hanwell Hootie, a free street music festival across the pubs and venues of Hanwell, had more than 1,200 applications from bands wanting to play in 2026. It’s hard to get your head around the fact that you’re only seven-or-so miles west of Charing Cross, partly because Ealing has more than 100 parks and open spaces to choose from – you could be a world away!

Saunders House is a 1960s building on Ealing’s main shopping street that has been fitted out to a high standard. The building has 19,000 sq ft. of private office and coworking space across five floors, with offices available for teams of between two and 30 on flexible terms. There are meeting rooms, kitchen areas and an on-site car park, which is a real bonus. Ealing Broadway station is moments away, and from there you can get into Zone 1 in just 15 minutes.

Yes, you can. Around 13 of our locations have lounges, which means no matter which workplace you choose as your home, you can drop into any of those 13 locations and work from the lounge area. They include Soho, the City, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Farringdon, Shoreditch and many more.

Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
