222 Bishopsgate has 13,000 sq ft of newly refurbished self-contained offices across six floors, directly opposite Liverpool Street station. Amenities include an on-site café, showers and bike racks. Offices are available for teams of three to 46 people.
32 Threadneedle Street sits between the Bank of England and the Gherkin, with fully furnished unbranded offices in various sizes. Amenities include a gym, spin room, showers, bike storage, meeting rooms and phone booths.

Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
