Spitalfields Market, the Truman Brewery complex and Brick Lane are just five minutes from Aldgate East station. The walls around Brick Lane and Hanbury Street are basically an open-air street art gallery, the Truman Brewery was once the largest brewery in the world and now houses independent studios, galleries, markets and events that have made it a hub for east London’s creative community. Spitalfields Market, meanwhile, is right next door and has become a lively spot for independent fashion and food.

The building at 16-18 Middlesex Street has private serviced offices in a range of sizes, all fully furnished with cleaning and maintenance included. Amenities include a meeting room, showers, bike storage, phone booths, kitchens and a staffed reception. Liverpool Street, Aldgate and Aldgate East Tube stations are all close by. There are also several other Boutique buildings within easy walking distance: 222 Bishopsgate is a seven-minute walk, while 24 Lime Street and 32 Threadneedle Street are less than 15 minutes away.

Yes, you can. Around 13 of our locations have lounges, which means no matter which workplace you choose as your home, you can drop into any of those 13 locations and work from the lounge area. They include Soho, the City, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Farringdon, Shoreditch and many more.

Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
Yes, we’re very proud of what we’ve created. Our clients sometimes intend to stay with us for a year or so, and often stay for 3 or 4 years until they need a large long-lease office of their own.
