There are seven buildings spread across the Square Mile. 1-3 Frederick’s Place, near Bank, has 18,000 sq ft across seven floors. Offices range from two-person spaces to around 40+. Some self-contained offices have a private roof terrace, while the building also offers meeting rooms and phone booths, a roof terrace, podcast room, gym and wellness room with showers.
222 Bishopsgate has 13,000 sq ft of newly refurbished self-contained offices across six floors, opposite Liverpool Street station. Amenities include showers and bike racks. Offices are available for teams of three to 46 people.
32 Threadneedle Street sits between the Bank of England and the Gherkin, with fully furnished unbranded offices in various sizes. Amenities include a gym, yoga room, showers, bike storage, meeting rooms and phone booths.
28 Queen Street is two interconnected townhouses across five floors. Offices are fully furnished and unbranded, with a large boardroom meeting room for up to 14 people.
73 Watling Street is close to 10,000 sq ft of office and lounge space across five floors near Bank. Amenities include a meeting room, breakout spaces and a roof terrace with a view of St Paul’s Cathedral.
71–73 Carter Lane has 14,000 sq ft across five floors just behind St Paul’s, with fully furnished private offices ranging from small spaces to entire floors. There are also several meeting rooms, a breakout space and a roof terrace looking directly at the cathedral.
24 Lime Street is a dog-friendly building on the corner of Lime Street and Fenchurch Street, with private offices for three to 24 people, as well as meeting rooms, showers, bike storage and phone booths.
Well-connected Underground stations nearby include Aldgate, Bank, Monument, St Paul’s, and Liverpool Street. Together, they offer easy access to anywhere else in London via the Central, Northern, Metropolitan, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, Elizabeth, and Waterloo & City lines, as well as the DLR.

Yes, we have almost 40 buildings located all across the UK, from Bank to Bond St, from Soho to Shoreditch. Outside of London we also have locations in Glasgow, Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Cheltenham.
Yes, you can. Around 13 of our locations have lounges, which means no matter which workplace you choose as your home, you can drop into any of those 13 locations and work from the lounge area. They include Soho, the City, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Farringdon, Shoreditch and many more.
Yes, every location has at least one meeting room, some of our larger spaces may have 2 or 3. You can see the availability of each room by visiting the our meeting rooms page, and then selecting your preferred location?
Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
