11 Golden Square in the west of Soho and 36 Soho Square to the north east are five minutes’ walk from one another. The Golden Square building is a Grade II listed 18th century Georgian townhouse with 5,500 sq ft of workspace across five floors, overlooking the square. Offices are fully furnished and unbranded, there’s a meeting room for eight as well as breakout areas, showers, bike storage and a staffed reception. 36 Soho Square is a refurbished period building with offices and self-contained floors for small to medium-sized businesses, as well as meeting rooms and breakout areas.
The location is impossible to fault. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus Tube stations are all between a two and 10-minute walk from our two buildings in Soho. These four stations cover the Central, Northern, Victoria, Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines – that’s most of the Underground network – as well as the Elizabeth line. Charing Cross is a 15-minute walk for national rail services on the Southeastern rail network to southeast London, Kent and East Sussex.

Yes, you can. Around 13 of our locations have lounges, which means no matter which workplace you choose as your home, you can drop into any of those 13 locations and work from the lounge area. They include Soho, the City, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Farringdon, Shoreditch and many more.

Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
Yes, we’re very proud of what we’ve created. Our clients sometimes intend to stay with us for a year or so, and often stay for 3 or 4 years until they need a large long-lease office of their own. Our Net Promoter Score is classified as ‘Strong’ and we consistently get 5* reviews on Google across most of our workplaces.
We do yes, across all of our locations we partner with a number of business to bring a benefit to our clients. We have a partnership with Virgin Active where our clients received a 37.5% discount on the monthly membership. We also have a Boutique Emporium app, which gives clients discounts on their day to day purchases and services.

They are very special. Ask any of the Boutique team which are their favourites, and either Golden Square or Soho Square is usually in the top two or three.
