It’s been London’s true tech neighbourhood for two decades and still has a tangible energy. Close enough to the ‘City’ but far enough away to spawn its own vibe and sub-culture. Our three buildings in Shoreditch rub shoulders with independent studios and start-ups, and are specced to a level you’d expect of those working in tech. The area is close to the City and the West End too, so you don’t feel far from anything.
The streets of Shoreditch double up as a living art gallery. It’s been Banksy’s playground for years, and the walls of the neighbourhood carry an ever-changing collection of paste-ups and spray-painted stencils from an ever-growing collection of street artists. It gives the area a vibrancy that comes with constant change, making it ideal for a dense community of startups and founder-led businesses in everything from fashion and retail to architecture and design. The area around Old Street, meanwhile, has been a growing technology and software hub pretty much since the Truman Brewery closed down in the late 1980s. That is now home to a Sunday market and a rotating roster of independent shops and studios. One constant is Beigel Bake on Brick Lane, which has been open 24 hours a day, seven days a week since 1974, before the street got its reputation as the curry capital of the country. The neighbourhood layers these histories on top of one another like the paste-ups stuck to its walls – and that’s what makes it really interesting.

Our three buildings in Shoreditch are close together; The Rutherford on Hoxton Square and 114–116 Curtain Road are two minutes apart, while Tagwright House on Westland Place is a 10-minute walk from both. The Rutherford is the largest; five floors of offices ranging in size from 300 to 7,000 sq ft, with meeting rooms, showers and bike storage, and opening directly onto a garden square. Tagwright House is a converted warehouse with two meeting rooms, 24-hour access and a shared kitchen, and suits smaller teams and individuals. 114–116 Curtain Road offers both private offices and open-plan coworking in a 1960s warehouse conversion, with a rooftop terrace, meeting rooms and a breakout space.
Shoreditch High Street Overground, Old Street and Hoxton Tubes, and Liverpool Street are all nearby. That covers the Central, Northern, Elizabeth and Overground lines. Liverpool Street has extensive national rail services, and London City Airport is less than half an hour away.

Yes, we have almost 40 buildings located all across the UK, from Bank to Bond St, from Soho to Shoreditch. Outside of London we also have locations in Glasgow, Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Cheltenham.
Yes, you can. Around 13 of our locations have lounges, which means no matter which workplace you choose as your home, you can drop into any of those 13 locations and work from the lounge area. They include Soho, the City, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Farringdon, Shoreditch and many more.

Yes, from March 2027 we will begin the transition of our electricity supply to a new green supplier. They provide fully sustainable energy generated in the UK by wind, solar and hydro power.
We know our clients love dogs and we do too. All of our locations are dog friendly. We just ask you to keep them on a lead in our communal areas.
Private office clients are welcome to use our gym spaces, free of charge. We currently have gym and wellbeing facilities in Colmore Row (Birmingham), Sovereign Gate (Richmond), Jessop House (Cheltenham), Frederick’s Place and Threadneedle St (City of London), plus Connolly Works and Grays Inn Road close to King’s Cross.
Many of them are listed buildings which have been restored to provide modern workspaces in historic, period buildings.
Yes, we’re very proud of what we’ve created. Our clients sometimes intend to stay with us for a year or so, and often stay for 3 or 4 years until they need a large long-lease office of their own. Our Net Promoter Score is classified as ‘Strong’ and we consistently get 5* reviews on Google across most of our workplaces.
We do yes, across all of our locations we partner with a number of business to bring a benefit to our clients. We have a partnership with Virgin Active where our clients received a 37.5% discount on the monthly membership.
